Duck

With flavourful, fairly rich meat, duck is surprisingly versatile and can be cooked in a variety of different ways, such as a quickly pan-fried duck breast or a more slowly roasted whole duck. As it normally has a fair amount of fat under the skin, you don’t need to add any extra fat or oil for cooking.
